4-6 Cubed Steaks
1 box seasoned stuffing mix or your own stuffing
2 env. powedered brown gravy mix
1 (8oz.) can mushrooms (stems & pieces), drained
1 TB dried onion

Make stuffing according to box directions. Cool slightly. Make gravy according to packet instructions. Add mushrooms and dried onion when gravy is thickened. Add S&P. Lay out raw steaks and pound with mallet to flatten somewhat and tenderize. Place 2-3 TB stuffing on one end of each steak and roll up. Fasten with toothpicks.
Brown rolls in oil or Crisco on all sides in skillet; drain oil. Add gravy, mushroom, onion mixture to rolls. Simmer on low, covered, for 1 hour. Stir and turn on and off. Serve with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
