  Breakfast Granola

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup raisins
any other dried fruit you like
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together oats, oil, cinnamon, sugar and syrup. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes, then stir ingredients around on the baking tray. Return to the oven and bake for 15 more minutes. Put raisins (and any other fruit) in a large bowl. Pour oat mixture over fruit and mix well. Cool on baking tray. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
